Does Roman Blinds Direct produce curtains or other types of blinds?

Yes we do!!. We can supply Curtains, Slat blinds and Roller blinds in a range of styles and fabrics as well as special options such as blackout blinds.

Can I see a sample of the fabric rather than just looking at the pictures?  

Yes, you can order up to six free fabric samples from our website, and they will be delivered to you. The samples are yours to keep even if you do not make an order. How long does it take to receive my blinds?

We aim to meet a three-week delivery schedule which includes making your blinds to order and delivery time. On occasions, this timeframe may be longer, but we will endeavour to let you know if this will be the case.  Please click here to view our delivery policy

Can I send my blinds back if I don’t like them?

Unfortunately, we only accept returns if goods are faulty or were damaged prior to or during delivery. Please choose carefully as we cannot refund blinds simply because you no longer like the fabric. Call us on our freephone 0800 774 822 and we will work with you to put the situation right.  Please click here to view our returns policy.

I’m not sure how to measure my windows or install my blinds. Can you help?

We have step by step guides on the website for both measuring windows to ensure the perfect fit and installing your blinds once you have received them.

I have received my blind but I think I want to change the control side. Can I do this?

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, however, delivery costs for these orders need to be calculated separately.

Will I save money by buying online?

As the manufacturer, we are able to offer our service direct to you. That means there is no retail store and no middle man. This simply means that you will save money when you DIY,  at least 30%.

Are there any extra costs?

We include freight, GST and all accessories to allow you to fit your blinds. If you wish to have more specialised features such as brass fittings or other types of accessories , you can give us a call on 0800 774 822 and we can assist you. These costs would be additional. You may prefer to hire a professional installer, this will be at your own cost.
