Delivery

Customers are advised of expected delivery times at the point of order. Please note that all our products are made to order so there is a wait time between placing your order and receiving your goods. On average manufacturing time is around 20-30 business days, and delivery from our factory takes around two to three days so please factor this in when you are thinking about placing an order.

All prices on our website exclude freight. We charge a low flat fee per order, $25.00 for North Island deliveries and $40.00 per order for South Island deliveries.

We can deliver outside New Zealand, but delivery will be extra cost and will need to be quoted separately.  

Customers should inspect goods within seven days of receipt and advise of any defects or damage.
